Abaje Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1General Terms & Introduction

Abaje (https://abaje.bet) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between abaje and its users. 2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with abaje, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

Once registration is complete, abaje will send a verification email. You must click the link in that email to activate your account. Without verification, access to deposits and betting will be limited.

Abaje reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without reason, particularly if information is found to be false or incomplete, or if there is a risk of violating applicable laws.

3Betting Rules & Conditions

Please read the following rules carefully before participating in betting activities on abaje:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless abaje determines that a technical error has occurred.
• If your internet connection drops and a bet is not confirmed, it will be considered void. A confirmation screen indicates that your bet has been successfully placed.
• Displayed odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed are final. In live betting, odds can change every second.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in any form of match manipulation or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

Using software or bots to place automated bets is strictly prohibited under abaje's Terms & Conditions. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all winnings will be forfeited.

4Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Abaje supports deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: A national ID card or birth registration certificate is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5Bonus, Promotion & Free Bet Terms

• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to lock your account for a set period or permanently.

7Account Suspension & Termination

Abaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Abusing the bonus system or promotions.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at other members.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.

If fraud or a breach of rules is proven at the time of account closure, all funds and bonuses in the account will be forfeited. Under normal circumstances, however, any remaining balance will be returned.

10Changes & Amendments to Terms

Abaje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, abaje will:
